Scott County Sheriff's Office seeks a Public Safety Telecommunicator to receive, prioritize, and dispatch 911 and non-emergency calls. You will coordinate with nine police departments, eight fire departments, four ambulance services, and other providers, operating 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requires a high school diploma/GED with dispatch experience or related work, typing speed of 40 wpm, and ability to stay calm under pressure. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
