Park Nicollet is looking to hire LPNs and Medical Assistants to join our cardiology team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Utilizing broad-based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices, provides assistance to providers in accordance with PNHS standard and policies.

Patient population:
Patients traveling abroad needing counseling and vaccines.

• Assist with rooming patients
• Give vaccines
• Order and stock supplies
• Some scheduling responsibilities related to working on a waitlist

• M-F, weekdays only
• Eight hour shifts 8 am to 4:30 pm

We are open to filling this position with an LPN or MA. Requirements for each are outlined below:

• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing.
• Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.

• Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).”
• Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.

• Must meet one of the following:
• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience
• Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current Minnesota EMT License
