LPN/MA/EMT – Women's Services

Park Nicollet is looking to hire an LPN, MA or EMT to join our Women’s Services team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Utilizing broad‑based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices, the applicant will assist providers in accordance with PNHS standards and policies. As part of our team, you will be providing care for patients which may include the following duties:

• Escorting patients to exam rooms and appropriately documenting visit information such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Preparing and administering medications and immunizations as directed by the clinician.
• Ensuring all components of the standard rooming process are completed.
• Maintaining knowledge of, and complying with, all relevant laws, regulations and policies, procedures and standards.

• Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm
• Schedule will vary

This role requires a BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Online BLS certification is not acceptable.

We are open to filling this position with an LPN, MA, ATC or EMT. Requirements for each are outlined below:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing. Must maintain a current state license. One or more years of nursing experience is desirable (preferably in a related field). Current BLS certification required and maintained.
• Medical Assistant (MA): Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES. One or more years of experience desirable. Current BLS certification required.
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current MN EMT License. Current BLS certification required.

One or more years of experience desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
