As an expert facilitator, you will open doors, foster communication, and bridge gaps. You will serve as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting our clients’ products, educating HCPs and their staff to facilitate appropriate patient access.

• Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities
• Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams
• Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs
• Support patient access by providing subject‑matter expertise on reimbursement barriers

• BS/BA degree
• Minimum 5 years in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs, and/or reimbursement hub programs
• Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries

• Advanced degree
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy‑and‑bill process and Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes
• Competent understanding of hub activities
