Join Northway Academy in Shakopee as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands-on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills—like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential!

$17-$22/hour plus $1 increase @ 6 months |
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Note:
Must be open to starting in our Bloomington location until the Shakopee location opens, services will then be moved to the Shakopee location

• Support children with autism through early intervention programs
• Implement therapy plans and behavior strategies
• Teach skills for communication, self-care, and social interaction
• Help manage behaviors and support transitions to school settings

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to assist children in areas of behavior support and personal care

• Consistent Schedule – Full time, Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. No evenings, weekends, or holidays!
• Competitive Pay – $17 to $22/hour, with a $1 raise opportunity at 6 months
