WAGE: $17.75/ hour
This is an entry‑level, hourly, seasonal position with an anticipated start date in February.
Responsibilities- Support HR functions such as onboarding and paperwork processing.
- Maintain associate records and files.
- Assist with employee relations and communications.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with an average of 40 hr/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or previous experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, or HR training.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
