Required Qualifications

Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through-hole soldering, surface mount technology (SMT) soldering, and rework/reflow soldering.

Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small electronic components and perform intricate soldering tasks.

Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of soldering work.

Knowledge of different soldering materials, fluxes, and solders, and their appropriate usage.

Familiarity with soldering equipment, tools, and accessories, and the ability to operate and maintain them effectively.

Basic understanding of electronic components and their functions.

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve soldering-related issues.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback on soldering processes.

Time management skills to meet production deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in soldering or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Solderer or in a similar role.

Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive soldering tasks.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
