GENERAL SUMMARYProvides accurate and quality product for our customers by adhering to specifications. Operates in the most cost effective and productive manner while lending support to the line associates in the Production area.
SHIFT:Variable Shift - Start times range from 5am to 6:45am and end times range from 2:30pm to 4pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Complete pre-op inspection of assigned area.
- Set up oven and proof box.
- Employee is responsible for proofing and baking.
- Responsibility includes compliance with specifications.
- Responsibility includes documentation and record keeping for the area (including, but not limited to, lot tracking, chill charts, quality checks and standards and any other reports as determined by Production Supervisor).
- Responsible for performing CCP 1 and immediately notifying Supervisor and Quality when unacceptable results are obtained.
- Provides back-up as needed for mixer filling, dough and Rheon operator.
- Other duties as needed by line.
- Must be on floor 100%.
- Must follow all GMP’S (Good Manufacturing Practices), Company procedures and safety rules.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma/GED; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and write English.
Ability to communicate and take direction from line lead and/or production supervisor.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSCommon math skills, the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
PERSONAL COMPETENCIESAbility to work independently with minimal supervision yet be flexible and have ability to work in a team environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is required to stand while performing job. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, twist and bend.
The employee must regularly lift up to 100 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds and move/transfer up to 280 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to heat and cold.
The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme heat; and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Ear protection to be worn when needed. Must have flexible work schedule.
PAY AND BENEFITSStarting Pay: $21.20/hr we offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90 th day of employment.
