Senior Production Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization metrics.
• Balance workloads across machining cells, production lines, and work centers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products while meeting quality and cost objectives.

• CNC machining systems (Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas, etc.)
• Turning, milling, grinding, and EDM processes
• GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
• APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans
• Lean Manufacturing principles
• TPM and industrial maintenance practices
• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies, including:
  • 5S
  • Kaizen
  • Poka-Yoke

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Minimize operational risks associated with machinery and equipment.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bilingual:
  Advanced English Education
• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Intermediate
• Office Software
• Other:
  Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making, Teamwork, Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, CNC Lathes, and CNC Machining Centers.
• Desirable:
  Knowledge of screw machines
• Work experience
  
  Required:
  
  At least 10 years of experience in machining.
