Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage student health concerns and emergencies during school hours
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Develop individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student wellness
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide health education and promote healthy lifestyle practices among students

Desired Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with valid credentials to practice as a School Nurse
• Experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of health assessments, medication administration, and emergency response
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive health information professionally
