Role & Responsibilities:- Coordinate the tracing, circulation, and filing of controlled quality documents to maintain the enterprise quality management system.
- Track corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and collaborate on compliance timelines.
- Prepare audit readiness materials and facilitate inspection activities.
- Enter and validate quality metrics data within databases to ensure accurate reporting.
- Address administrative quality inquiries to ensure operational continuity.
- Communicate between operational teams and quality management to support compliance training.
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or related fields.
- Certifications like CQIA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are advantageous.
