Join a dynamic team supporting distribution services in the US, focusing on quality assurance and compliance.
Responsibilities Include- Coordinating the tracing, circulating, and filing of controlled quality documents to maintain the enterprise quality management system.
- Tracking corrective and preventive action (CAPA) milestones and collaborating with staff on compliance timelines.
- Preparing audit readiness materials and organizing activities for internal and external inspections.
- Entering and validating quality metrics data within databases to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Addressing administrative quality inquiries and resolving workflow disruptions to ensure operational continuity.
- Facilitating communication between operational teams and quality management regarding compliance training.
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate's in business or quality preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, control, compliance, or related fields.
- Certifications like CQIA or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor are preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with quality systems and databases.
