We specialize in providing complete Grounds Care services for HOAs, apartments, and commercial properties throughout all seasons. Our services include landscaping, irrigation, lawn applications, deck construction and maintenance, remodeling, siding, and roofing. Responsibilities:
The Foreman in Landscape Construction will lead and supervise all on-site activities of landscape construction projects. Duties involve coordinating material deliveries, installing hardscapes, irrigation systems, flowers, mulch, rocks, sod, and seeds. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities. Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of construction projects, planning labor requirements, equipment requirements, and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of jobs within projected deadlines.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of a landscaping crew of 2 to 5 employees.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
• Complete all paperwork required on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and that all crew members are in compliance with government and company PPE standards.
• Employee Training.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscape/construction industry.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe manner.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines - Time Management Skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices.
• Speak, read, and write English.
• Carry and use a smartphone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting. Compensation: $27 - $32 hourly
