Pay:

$20.00–$28.00/hour depending on location and experience (Most locations start between $20–$22/hour. Some offer up to $28/hour for experienced drivers.)

Palmer Bus Service is hiring School Bus Drivers across Southern Minnesota

Whether you're new to driving or already have your CDL, we offer paid training, a flexible schedule, and a supportive, safety-first culture.

• Safely transport students to and from school
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Keep the bus clean and fueled
• Enforce safe and respectful student behavior
• Occasionally drive for field trips, sports, or special events
• Report any incidents or concerns to your Site Manager

• Valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
• CDL with passenger, school bus, and air brake endorsements (we provide paid training if needed)
• Patience, reliability, and a strong commitment to student safety
