Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity within a veterinary and livestock solutions environment. Maintains operational records, updates transaction data, and manages workflow adherence, focusing on accuracy and process improvements.

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve product integrity.
• Updates inventory records, shipment documentation, and maintains traceability.
• Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials following handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment for safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging and shipment areas to support outbound activities.
• Escalates handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution.

• High School Diploma or GED; certification in supply chain preferred.
• Less than 2 years experience in warehouse support, shipping, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cold chain handling, and shipment documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and support multiple tasks.
• Capable of handling temperature-sensitive materials safely and efficiently.
