Warehouse Associate - Mid Shift

Role Overview: Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains accurate operational records, manages transaction processing, and adheres to workflow standards. Handles routine and moderately complex tasks related to transportation, storage, and shipment, contributing to process improvements for better visibility and efficiency.

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve product integrity.
• Updates inventory, shipment documentation, and transaction records for traceability.
• Identifies and routes non-conforming or damaged materials according to procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment for safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging and shipment areas to support outbound activities.
• Escalates handling or inventory issues for timely resolution.

• High School Diploma or GED; certifications like CSCP preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and cold chain handling.
• Proficiency in shipment documentation, recordkeeping, and safe material handling.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and support timely order processing.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and working with temperature-sensitive materials.
