Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists are responsible for administering ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes. They perform computed tomography and molecular imaging procedures, acquire and analyze data for diagnosis, interpretation, and perform interventional and therapeutic procedures as requested by licensed practitioners. CT Technologists independently perform or assist in completing these procedures, prepare, administer, and document activities related to medications and radiation exposure in accordance with laws and policies.
Job DutiesWork is typically performed in a clinical environment. The role requires compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Additional competencies outlined in department-specific orientation are essential for job performance.
Position Details- Certification by ARRT or NMTCB upon hire.
- New graduates must obtain ARRT-R or NMTCB certification prior to employment.
- Applicants hired after March 10, 2024, must complete steps for advancing to level 2 within 24 months.

Education & Experience- Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
- Certified Radiology Technologist by ARRT.
