The successful candidate will deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles. This position is open only to candidates who can speak Chinese. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese to support teaching, collaboration and engagement within the school's bilingual environment.
Position Requirements
Bachelor,
3+ Years
work experience We are seeking a motivated and student-focused PE teacher with strong sporting knowledge, effective classroom management skills and a passion for promoting physical education. The successful candidate will be confident teaching students across the relevant middle school age range, able to deliver a varied and engaging PE curriculum, and committed to encouraging participation and personal development. Chinese language proficiency is essential, and experience in a bilingual or international school environment would be advantageous.

- A degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related discipline.
- A recognised teaching qualification or relevant professional qualification in physical education.
- Experience teaching PE in a school setting.
- Fluency in Chinese is essential; only Chinese-speaking candidates will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of a range of sports, physical activities and age-appropriate fitness development.
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with varying abilities and levels of sporting experience.
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to student wellbeing, teamwork, inclusion and positive sporting values.
- An understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management in school sport.
