In this rewarding role, you will design and evaluate recreational activities that reflect each Resident’s preferences and care plans. Your leadership will inspire engagement and facilitate strong relationships among Residents, families, and staff, ensuring a vibrant community experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and determine the program needs of Residents

• Develop and coordinate engaging recreational activities

• Create opportunities for Resident choice and participation

• Establish connections with volunteers, families, and partners

• Maintain accurate records and evaluations of activities

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Therapeutic Recreation program

• At least three years of relevant experience

• Serving It Right certification required

• Food Safe certification required within one month

• Effective communication and leadership abilities
