Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and assist with budgeting
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations
• Maintain accurate financial and office records
• Manage petty cash and office expenses
• Prepare and verify import/export and customs documentation
• Coordinate with clearing agents and ensure smooth customs clearance
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, ERP systems)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of UAE customs and import/export procedures
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
