Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Financial Reporting

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced accountant to maintain books of account. This role requires minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining books of account includes managing Ledgers, P&L, Balance Sheet and Funds Flow. Keep records of financial transactions, reconciliation and prepare financial reports.

• Manage all accounting transactions & business banking transactions
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Create and update income and expense reports.
• Create P&L, Balance Sheet and Funds Flow Statement
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
• Maintain Tally and similar software
• Handle monthly expenses, reviewing of expenses, payroll, and divisional P&L
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality.

• 2 years of minimum work experience as an Accountant and preparation of final accounts
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
• Graduate in Accounting
• CA (inter) & CMA preferred

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Strong Data Interetation Skills
• Good communication
