Role Scope

The Junior Accountant will support the Finance Department in managing day-to-day accounting operations, with a primary focus on the Receivable Section
. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing receipts, and ensuring timely reconciliation of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain receipt vouchers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Receive, verify, and record customer payments.
  • Handle cash and cheque receipts and hand them over as per company procedures.
  • Maintain proper records and filing of all receivable transactions.
  • Assist in accounts receivable reconciliation and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Support month‑end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment‑related issues.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory.
