Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team immediately
. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting experience in the UAE, be proficient in Odoo ERP and the Onyx System
, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Process payroll and employee-related financial transactions when required.
• Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
• Utilize Odoo ERP and the Onyx System for accounting, reporting, and financial management.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of financial information.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE (required).
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and the Onyx System (required).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong, confident personality with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
