Accountant, Tax Accountant, Financial Reporting

We are a leading accounting firm located in Sharjah looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for assisting with financial record keeping preparing financial documents and reports and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry bookkeeping and record keeping
• Preparing and maintaining financial documents such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
• Conducting regular bank reconciliations
• Assisting with budget preparations and monitoring expenses
• Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and regulations
• Assisting with tax filings and audits
• Collaborating with the senior accountant to improve financial procedures

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in using accounting software eg Quickbooks
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid biometric passport

This is a contract position for Indian nationals only

The salary for this role is 1200$ per month without accommodation provided
