- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance with established deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately identifying discrepancies as they arise
- Support the accounts payable process by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation facilitating easy retrieval and audit readiness A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required to ensure a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a corporate accounting environment, to demonstrate practical application of skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Quick Books or Xero, as well as advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
