Accountant for Contract Position in Sharjah

We are hiring an experienced Accountant for a contract position in Sharjah. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and inventory
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Quick Books preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own visa or transferable visa is required
