Pangulf Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Accounts Manager Cum Internal Auditor to oversee the Group's accounting, taxation, financial reporting and day-to-day financial operations across multiple companies and branches. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Group Accounting, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax, financial reporting, audit, reconciliations, cash flow and management reporting.

• Review and monitor daily payment details and financial transactions across all Group companies.
• Oversee and regularly update the books of accounts for all companies.
• Manage inter-company and inter-branch reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS report and submit to management.
• Manage all UAE VAT-related work, including VAT reconciliations, records and return filing, VAT and Corporate Tax return filing for all the companies under the group; accounts need to be prepared on the basis of IFRS.
• Prepare quarterly in-house financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and supporting schedules to submit to the bank and management.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors including the ICV audit and sales audit and additional any other auditing required by the company.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, receivables, payables and financial commitments.
• Prepare financial and management reports and provide analysis to senior management.
• Ensure proper accounting controls, documentation, approvals and compliance are maintained.
• Identify financial discrepancies and recommend improvements to internal controls and accounting procedures.

• CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA preferred.
• Compulsory Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• UAE experience is a must.
• Experience managing multiple companies and branches is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting and accounting standards followed in the UAE.
• Experience in audit coordination and dealing with banks and tax authorities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting software.
• Odoo and Tally Prime experience is mandatory.

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Manager Cum Internal Auditor who can independently manage and control the financial and accounting activities of multiple Group companies and provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
