Accountant, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Accountant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to support financial operations across our multi-brand luxury retail business. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge along with a recognized qualification such as CMA or ACCA
.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end closing
• Maintain and optimize accounting processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations
• Handle inventory accounting and cost tracking (critical for retail environment)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate teams
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• Professional certification:
  CMA or ACCA (mandatory/preferred)
• 3–6 years of accounting experience (preferably in retail, luxury, or F&B sectors)
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance module)
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, VAT, and compliance in UAE
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience in multi‑entity or multi‑store retail environments
• Exposure to inventory‑heavy businesses
• Familiarity with ERP integrations and automation
