About the Company

An oil terminal based in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.

• Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and data entry.
• Handle VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and filings.
• Assist with preparation and finalization of financial statements and balance sheets.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents.
• Follow up with customers on payments, documentation, and operational matters.
• Prepare internal accounting and financial reports.
• Manage daily expenses, petty cash, and related records.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate hiring and onboarding of new employees.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and clients.
• Conduct KYC and compliance checks for clients and cargo.
• Maintain and update client KYC documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting, compliance, and administrative requirements.
• Prepare and issue invoices in multiple currencies, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting records.
