Accountant​/Chief Accountant​/Chartered accountant​/Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting The role requires hands-on experience in bookkeeping reconciliations compliance and coordination with auditors while working closely with the Finance Manager Head of Finance

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including GL AR AP and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
• Record and verify invoices payments journal entries and accruals
• Perform bank supplier customer and intercompany reconciliations
• Support VAT compliance filings and related documentation
• Assist in payroll accounting and employee expense processing
• Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules and explanations
• Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
• Coordinate with operations procurement and sales teams on financial matters

• Skills
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce8 15 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally
• Proficient in MS Excel VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Pivot Tables basic formulas
• Experience in VAT indirect tax compliance preferred
  
  Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience in trading / manufacturing / multi-entity environments
• Exposure to audits and regulatory reporting
• Progress toward professional qualifications (CA / ACCA / CMA – partly completed is fine)
