We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic advertising company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practical experience with Tally software and VAT filing processes. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial data.
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT filing and submission.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Support audit preparations as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the UAE.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software is essential.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with VAT filing and submission procedures in the UAE.
- Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
