Accountant for an Indian Company in Sharjah

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Indian company located in Sharjah. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Verify accuracy of financial transactions and reconcile any discrepancies
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits as needed
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books or SAP
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
• Experience working for an Indian company is preferred

The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
