Junior Accountant – Job Requirement
We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
KeyResponsibilities & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
- Recording and entering daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Preparing bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Handling and recording Petty Cash transactions.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Assisting with VAT returns and tax-related tasks.
- Monitoring invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Assisting with monthly closing and accounting adjustments.
- Maintaining proper filing of financial documents.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
