- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting entries.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll-related records.
- Ensure timely payment of suppliers and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
- Assist with tax/VAT calculations, filings, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and errors.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
- Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze financial data.
