• Accurately record all service orders, parts, and labor costs in the system with minimal errors.
• Process and update cost data promptly to support accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Ensure that reports for management and accounting are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Ensure all cost entries and transactions comply with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure cost data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cost recording, reporting, or reconciliation processes.
• Efficiently identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, parts usage, and service orders.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal teams.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or cost control, preferably within automotive, service, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills paired with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in recording and reporting data, and understanding of accounting principles and financial policies.
