We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and record invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset records and inventory-related financial documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Generate financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
