Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant with 1 2 years of UAE accounting experience

• Record daily financial transactions including sales purchases receipts and payments
• Prepare and process supplier invoices customer invoices payment vouchers and receipt vouchers
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify cash transactions
• Assist in preparing VAT returns and maintaining supporting documents in compliance with UAE VAT regulations
• Verify supplier invoices purchase orders delivery notes and related documents
• Coordinate with the Purchase Sales Stores and Logistics departments for accounting-related matters
• Assist in inventory accounting stock valuation and material cost verification
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices receipts payments and other financial records
• Assist with monthly closing expense reports and preparation of financial statements
• Support the Finance Manager during internal and external audits.
• Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed within the required timelines.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
