Overview
Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers. We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, reliable and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office
- Answer phones and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member
- Provide administrative support such as typing documents, filing, sorting mail and taking messages
- Handle requests for information and data
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work well independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary offered is 1400 AED per month. We are also ready to consider applications from foreigners. No experience is necessary but it would be beneficial.
