Responsibilities- Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, maintaining records, filing documents and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Provide general office support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
