Office Assistant Job in Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Demands:

• 1+ years experience as an Office Assistant or similar role

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, data entry, etc.)

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Description:

The Office Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing day-to-day administrative operations. This includes but is not limited to data entry, preparing documents, filing, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, answering phone calls, maintaining records, customer service and other related duties as required. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
