About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our retail company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s systems and supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities- Enter and update product, sales, and inventory data into company databases.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and documents.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis when needed.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for data updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative work, preferably in a retail company.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
