Position:
Office Administrator / Manager
Location:Sharjah, UAE
Salary:AED 8,000 – 10,000
Work Timing:8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Workdays:Monday to Saturday
Job Summary:Our client, a leading electrical switch gear manufacturer
, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations. The role ensures smooth workflow across departments while enhancing productivity, compliance, and team coordination.
- Manage and streamline office workflows, SOPs, and documentation processes
- Supervise and support office administration staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Implement and optimize productivity tools (ERP, CRM, etc.) for efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee office infrastructure, vendor coordination, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to support organizational goals
- Proven experience in office administration/operations management (preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
