Job Purpose

The Graduate Officer – General Services will support the efficient management of the Bank’s administrative and operational support functions. The role involves assisting in facilities management, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe, functional, and well‑maintained working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day‑to‑day management of general services, including facilities, maintenance, and office operations.
  • Support the coordination and supervision of vendors providing services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
  • Help monitor service quality and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and contracts.
  • Assist in tracking and managing office supplies, assets, and inventory.
  • Support office space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace setup.
  • Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Assist in organizing office maintenance schedules and resolving facility‑related issues.
  • Maintain documentation related to service contracts, assets, and administrative procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address administrative and operational needs.
  • Participate in projects related to workplace improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Innovation, or a related field.
Other Skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to operational processes and systems.
