Responsibilities- Office coordination
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the professional(s)’s and/or management staff’s area of responsibility.
- Preparing LPOs and quotations.
- Following up for quotations and payments.
- Assisting the MD as required.
- Any other tasks as required by the management.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month (Full‑time, Permanent)
