The Logistics and Installation Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating daily and weekly delivery and installation schedules for project sites. The role also includes communicating with key accounts and customer representatives, allocating installation teams based on project requirements, and managing fleet and vehicle operations.

• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly delivery schedules to project sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules.
• Communicate with key accounts, customers, and site representatives to ensure smooth execution.
• Allocate installation teams according to site and project requirements.
• Manage fleet and vehicle scheduling, usage, and availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Track progress of deliveries and installations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, allocations, and vehicle activities.

• Experience in logistics, installation coordination, fleet management, or site operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, is an advantage.

• Experience working with project sites, key accounts, or customer-facing operations.
• Knowledge of manpower allocation and transport coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
