Data Administrator
- Ensure orders are processed for right customer, sku, qty and also cost.
- Guarantee processed orders are unblocked in a timely manner before booking.
- Ensure orders are sent out to W/H for delivery.
- To co-ordinate with Sales, Profession Advertising And Marketing, Finance and also Storage facility dept, for distribution of orders.
- To cancel orders promptly.
- To prepare different records and also sent to various dept as and also when called for.
- To follow the procedure as well as policies of the company.
- Servicing orders, pre-sales, taking orders and processing them
- Data entrance as well as handling Oracle Codes after getting different item codes form the consumers
- Internal interaction & control with Sales, warehouse and Finance groups
- Settlement recognitions with Finance
- Prepare system generated records
- Prospect should have computer system understanding & exposure to MS office programs (Excel, Word. etc).
- Ought to have good English interaction.
