We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring effective communication between all departments, and contributing to the efficient completion of all tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a professional attitude and strong work ethic. They should be able to multitask and prioritize their work effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
In this role you will be required to provide administrative support such as filing documents, answering calls, managing emails, preparing reports and other duties related to the job. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with other staff members and external stakeholders. Moreover, you must be able to use office software such as Microsoft Office efficiently.
