Office Manager for Indian expats

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Indian expat community in Sharjah. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and high productivity. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket.

• Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing office operations
• Supervise and support office staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage budgeting processes
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow across the organization
• Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a timely manner
• Assist with recruitment processes for new employees as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Sharjah
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of budgeting principles
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
