We are currently seeking a Tool Pusher to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Position Overview:

As a Tool Pusher, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the drilling rig and ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with the drilling crew and other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all drilling operations and ensure that they are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures - Manage the drilling crew and provide guidance and support as needed - Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity - Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure that equipment and supplies are available when needed - Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards - Prepare and submit daily reports on drilling activities, including progress, costs, and any issues or incidents that arise - Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced - Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing training to existing employees to ensure their skills and knowledge are up to date - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent technical knowledge of drilling equipment and operations - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Willingness to work long hours and travel to different locations as needed We
