About the Role
The Graduate Employee – Rotational Program role is designed to develop freshly graduated Emirati talent through structured, on-the-job rotations across key business functions. The role aims to build functional capability, business understanding, and leadership potential, while supporting Americana Restaurants' Emiratization 2026 strategy and long-term talent pipeline. Graduate Employees join as full-time employees and rotate across selected departments to gain practical exposure, develop core competencies, and prepare for permanent placement upon successful completion of the program.
ResponsibilitiesProgram & Rotation Responsibilities
- Participate actively in assigned departmental rotations as per the program structure
- Complete initial Operations and Brand Immersion phase
- Execute assigned tasks and projects aligned with department objectives and KPIs
- Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability across different functions
- Achieve agreed KPIs and learning objectives for each rotation
- Participate in structured entry and exit reviews for each rotation
- Receive and act on continuous feedback from rotation supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation of learning outcomes and performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ownership mindset
- Uphold Americana's values, policies, and code of conduct
- Participate in final performance evaluation and leadership presentation
- Be considered for permanent placement in any of the roles/functions trained in, subject to performance and business requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree only, relevant fields include (but are not limited to):
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Engineering
- Food Science
- Fresh graduate (graduated within the last 1-2 years)
- Less than 1 year of full-time work experience
- Strong communication skills (English and/or Arabic)
- Learning agility and adaptability
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Time management and accountability
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of business operations
- Interest in restaurants, retail, or hospitality sector
